Today is a red letter day....I am painting again! This painting may not be complete. I will take a fresh look tomorrow. I haven't decided what to do with the background, if anything. It sure feels good to be back at this again. After teaching a session of summer school, a new job teaching Art this year, and teaching two After School Art classes each week I have been too busy to paint! I'm gearing up for painting over spring break in my new studio.

Still Life with Pear
